Scope
We assess the facility as a whole and recommend practical solutions that can be implemented in real operating conditions.
New facility
We plan the production workflow and specify the machinery, equipment and infrastructure required. By arrangement, we can also support the selection of a suitable construction partner and provide technical oversight during implementation.
Operating facility
We identify the causes of production problems, low yields and contamination while taking the facility’s overall operation into account.
Substrates
We assess problems involving Vollano substrates or products from other suppliers, always in relation to the facility’s actual operating conditions.
How we work
We discuss the objective, the project's current stage and the issue that needs to be addressed.
We review the information and actual conditions, on site or remotely.
We present practical recommendations and define the next steps.
